Lend with us.
We work with investors who have self-directed IRA, retirement, or private capital and would rather be on the lending side of real estate than the landlord side.
Be the bank, not the landlord.
Real estate lending is the other half of the business. Some investors would rather hold the note than the property — no tenants, no toilets, no turnover.
Century Key Capital originates investor loans every month — DSCR rentals, fix and flip, bridge, portfolio. Some of those deals suit a co-lending partner alongside us. Investors holding self-directed IRA or solo 401(k) funds often find this a natural fit, because lending is a permitted use for those accounts where many other strategies are not.
We are not going to describe returns, minimums, or terms on a public web page. Every arrangement depends on the specific deal, your account type, and your own advisors. What we will do is have a straight conversation about how it works and whether it fits what you are trying to do.
Deal-by-deal
Each opportunity stands on its own. You look at the specific property and decide.
Secured by real property
These are loans against real estate — the same collateral we underwrite for our own book.
Your custodian, your advisors
Retirement funds stay with your custodian. We don't hold your account and we don't advise you.
Tell us a little and we'll reach out.
Nothing here commits you to anything. We'll talk through how co-lending works and answer your questions.
Prefer to talk first? Call 804-613-4691, or our 24/7 loan advisor at 804-913-2765. Email mortgage@centurykeycapital.com.
Nothing on this page is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or investment, and no returns are promised or implied. Any co-lending arrangement is negotiated individually and depends on the specific transaction. Consult your own tax, legal, and financial advisors — including your account custodian — before using retirement funds for any purpose. For business-purpose / investment lending and intended for mortgage and real-estate professionals. Rates, terms, and program availability are subject to change and depend on borrower, property, and underwriting. All borrowers close under an LLC. This is not a commitment to lend or an offer of credit. For investment properties only.
